Focused Environment
Patients who travel to National Jewish Health often have failed traditional treatment approaches. While at National Jewish Health, patients are temporarily removed from their environment and daily routine so they are able to focus full attention on their disease. A team of National Jewish Health physicians, nurses, dieticians, psychosocial clinicians and rehabilitation therapists will work together to develop a patient treatment plan specific to each patient. The evaluation summary, recommendations and treatment plan are provided to the patient and referring physician.
